You can manually decline the offer, or use our Counter Offer feature. If enabled, the app will automatically generate a counter-offer price for the customer, encouraging them to complete the purchase at a price you are comfortable with.
When an offer is accepted, the customer is able to add the product to their cart at the negotiated price automatically. The checkout is handled entirely through Shopify's native, secure checkout system.
